Heavenly's Rates & Policies
Can't do a weekend? Then come enjoy a full Saturday (10am to 2am) of fun for just $50*. Price includes a great lunch & dinner.
*Rates does not include sales tax.
A $25 non-refundable deposit per person is due 7 days prior to your crop date to reserve your Saturday space.
~~~~There's not a lot of rules since it's suppose to be fun however...~~~
Cancellations: Things happen and that is understandable. Refunds will be granted 30 days prior to an event if your event can not be rescheduled. The full amount of your fee will be refunded minus your $25 non-refundable deposit. There are no refunds for all day crops.
Dietary Needs: We are cooking for a wide variety of folks so if there is are any dietary restrictions you have please let me know in advance.I will do my best to accomodate your needs. If needed I can provide a menu for the weekend prior to your arrival.
Payments: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of making your reservation for your weekend getaway. Balance are due upon your arrival. Payments may be made by check or money order. If you live near by and want to pay cash that is acceptable as well. We also welcome can take payments using PayPal. Please contact us for this option. There is a $25 returned check fee. Payments can be mailed to Nichelle Inman, PO BOX 2371, Poulsbo WA 98370.
Refunds: Complete refunds are only given in the event that Heavenly Treasures Retreats, LLC cancels a retreat for unforeseen reasons and no other arrangements can be made to rebook your retreat.
The House Rule: We are a smoke free home. If you need to smoke you may do so on our deck or back patio area. Thank you for your cooperation.
